Quality furniture and the employees are awesome in helping with decisions of size, type etc depending on your lifestyle and needs. Looking forward to my new order of dining table and chairs! Already enjoying the love seat and sofa purchased two months ago and not worrying about having material rather than the leather we had for so many years!! Ask about it!!

The sales people at Lazy-Boy are always so helpful! Easiest purchase ever, once I made up my mind on the style of chair and the fabric choice. I will have to wait for them to make my chair but I knew that as I was able to choose the fabric I wanted! My last chair lasted over 15 years with grandkids and animals on it. Wouldn’t buy any other brand!!

Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the customer service we received from Christopher at the Roseville store for many reasons. First, he listened to what we wanted and used his vast product knowledge to match what we wanted with the recliners that fit our shape and size. During both of our visits, he was very personable, low pressure, and allowed us as much time as we needed to make the right decision. When it came time to finalize the sale, I appreciated the time he spent explaining all of the charges on the invoice and even walking us over to the chair to ensure we were ordering the correct model, fabric choice, and color. Before we left the store, he ensured that we were fully aware of the lead time and knew what to expect when our chairs were delivered. My wife and I were pleased with our chair-buying experience and will recommend La-Z-Boy and Chris to our friends looking to make a furniture purchase.

Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable while we were shopping for new furniture! We never felt like he was pushing furniture on us or standing over our shoulders. Will definitely recommend our friends and family to see Steve if they are considering Lazy Boy furniture!

We brought in some broken parts from our recliners, looking to speak to someone about repairing our chairs. We spoke with the store manager, Brian, who was very helpful. He assured us someone would be calling us within 72 hours to schedule an appointment to evaluate the recliners. Brian was very personable, and listened to what we had to say, instead of being dismissive and rude. He took pictures of the parts we brought in, and copies of our receipt. We were very pleased with his thoroughness. We hope the rest of the process will see our chairs repaired with the same attention to detail and professionalism as we experienced with Brian.

I had a very pleasant and positive experience today at the lazy boy furniture store in Roseville. The salesperson was pleasant and helpful. Also very knowledgeable about their product. I never felt pressured to purchase any particular item. When ringing up the sale the person doing that was pleasant and explained the process. I will definitely return to that store for future purchases.

We bought two identical recliners and started having trouble with the cushions on both within a few weeks. We had to follow their repair process which took a few months, but in the end they weren't able to fix them. They stepped up and gave us full credit toward new recliners, which we're very happy with. It was frustrating while it was happening but they stood behind their product in the end.
